Protection of personal data of job applicants

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
I hereby expressly, gratuitously, freely and voluntarily consent to the automated processing of my contact and other personal data contained in the registration forms, my CV, cover letter or similar document or email that I have provided to the following Foxconn Group companies as joint controllers:

I give my consent for the purpose of keeping my data in the internal register for job seekers, notification and sending of job offers from the above companies, both for the job I have applied for and for other suitable job positions.

Your personal data will only be processed in this way for as long as is strictly necessary, but no longer than 3 years, or until your consent is withdrawn.

In order to ensure the effective functioning of the records, your personal data may also be transferred to other companies within the Foxconn Group or to a contractual partner for processing to the extent necessary.

Foxconn and all such persons will be in the position of processor or joint controller and are responsible for the security of the processing in accordance with the currently applicable data protection regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

  • Withdrawal of consent. The processing of personal data on the basis of this form is based on your consent. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data prior to such withdrawal or processing based on any other legal grounds.
  • You also have the right to access, delete, correct, or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to its processing, or file a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Prague 7 - Holešovice).
  • In the case of automated processing, you also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
